Pecan Bundt Cake


1/2 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Oil
1 cup Pecans, finely ground
1 box Duncan Hines Butter Cake Mix
1 cup Sour Cream
4 Eggs
2 Tbs. Butter for Bundt Pan
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugar, cake mix, oil and sour cream until moistened. Add eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Reserve small amount of pecan meal and mix the rest in the batter. Add 1 tbsp. sugar to reserved pecan meal and sprinkle this mix into bottom of well buttered bundt pan. Pour batter into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Cool to touch and turn out on serving plate.
